Returns and Refunds

Our policy provides for a 14 day return period. If it's been more than 14 days since you received it, unfortunately we can't offer you any refunds or exchanges.

We are not liable for any damage due to normal use of the product

To guarantee you a product and service at the highest of our standards g the items are scrupulously checked before being shipped in order to exclude any defects.

In order to be eligible for return, the item must be new, never worn except for testing, unwashed and unaltered, must have all labels still intact, and be packaged in the original packaging.

We will not be held responsible for returns lost or damaged along the way, so we recommend the use of traceable and possibly insured carriers

We cannot refund taxes, duties, charges, fees, return and shipping charges

Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request, which if approved will be issued within 5 working days.
